Here is your opportunity to take care of your health in a "non-stress" homey environment. Quick and efficient workouts such as circuit training are available for the ones whose spare time is precious! You may train at your own pace in our fitness center. Our team will help you set up a personalized and periodized program. Or you may join our group program, where instructors combine motivation, challenge and group fun in more than 35 weekly classes.

Our Fitness Coordinator, Cristina Gonzalez, leads a team of diversely skilled professionals, offering one-on-one, semi-private or small group training to help you achieve your goals, while taking into account your day-to-day lifestyle.

Get in shape while your children are having fun, safely, only steps away. Junior programs have been created to keep them active and healthy. Baby-sitting services are available.

We understand health isn't only about "hitting the gym". Our health services include: nutrition, massage, osteopathy, physiotherapy, naturopathy and Pilates.
