  Drea Wheeler

Drea specializes in Sports Conditioning, Strength, Speed & Agility and creating a fusion of Athleticism and Dance with her signature Bodylicious class. She has Level 1.2.3 Strength & Conditioning Coaching and Track & Field North American Association Certification with over 5 years experience in coaching Track & Field in Montreal. If you are looking for motivation and a fun environment to help bring you to attain your goals, Drea is the pro that you need. Her winning formula is her ability to inspire you to reach your goals, and equip you with the proper tools and formulas to get there, mixed with her positive and upbeat personality, you will have such fun that you won’t even realize the workout she put you through.

Miel specializes in Pre & Post natal training, results-oriented programs, and simplifying personalized training and nutrition. She has a Bachelor in Nutritional Science / Minor in Kinesiology from McGill University and is certified in Personal Training, Nutrition and Group Fitness through Canfit. If you are looking to combine both your nutrition and training goals into results, Miel is the pro that you need with her over 15 years experience in the fitness industry in Chicago, Miami and Montreal, she brings a unique diversity to her clientel. A mother of 3, she is an inspiration to all on how to incorporate and manage taking care of your own health and well-being and being a devoted and involved mother.
